Hello. Don't forget to use Miracle Gro for your bottom material. The other soils have chemicals that your plants won't like or lack the fertilizers they need. I found this type of tank still needed periodic water changes. I wanted a tank that could support fish and never need a water change, so I went with the Terraphyte tank method.
