Hello I'm New To This

Hello everyone
I'm new to this but would like to know what are some tank mates for my african cichlid tank???
I have no fish as I'm currently running a cycle with 10 danios and 5 bloodfin tetras that were give. To me by my buddy after his tank was cycled but anyways I have a 60 gal tank with two aquaclear 110's and and aragonite sand substrate! Any ideas would really help!!!

I'm not great on cichlids but I'd say any that don't get any bigger than 8 inches will be good in a 60 gallon. Are you gonna rehome the danios and tetras after the cycle? Are managing to keep on top of the necessary daily water changes?

what are the tank dimensions? the length of the tank helps most when stocking african cichlids.

The dimensions are 48w x 12 1/2d x 25h
And yes i am going to rehome the other fish it would not be fair to have those little fish beaten to death!
Yea I'm definitely gonna keep up with water changes
