Scary Growth On Oranda's Head ...​

Any ideas on what might be going on with my 4 year old Oranda's Head?
He seems fine other than the growth??

It looks like a tumor to me. Not much you can do and not much advice I can give.

Welcome to TFF.
This kind of goldfish has got already the bump on the head. Which is already a tumor by itself. The other growths are abnormal but are also tumors. As long as it's not growing inside, the fish will probably not have problems with it.
The risk when having tumors as a decoration on the body, is that they can become worse.
