well I found my favourite fish I own and it’s the threadfin acara’s haha, they are just full of personalities and look beautiful i love them so much! Does anyone own one?

I don't have any, but they are cute... but I can't take it off my mind that the middle one looks like a giant neon tetra ? Anyways, I really like the fish, they look super cool!

They are only babies, wait till the males get big and start developing their fins. Then they are stunning looking fish.

Hahaha I only just noticed that! That's hilarious and they are too cute, when I go to watch them they come right up to the glass and its so adorable

I actually can't wait! It will be awesome to see them with their long fins and they already are quite big now so I dread to think what they'll look like fully sized haha

Take note that this fish can get very aggressive when it gets older (2-3 yrs old).
There are stories of them killing each other from other fish forums.

To be honest before I bought them the only time I ever heard of/saw them was on a video at this convention in australia and ever since I fell in love haha. They don't seem very common in the hobby probably because of their weird breeding environment being hard to replicate I'm glad you liked them!
