Heating A 650L Tank

how would you go about heating a 660l tank? 2x300W or another method?

i would of thought 1 300w would do

but i guess 2 300w would be safer


as i run my 2000 litre with 3 300w and a 500w

Im pretty sure i read that a 300W heater is efficient for 200-300l but im not positive.

i have two 250 watt heaters on my 500 litre, and it works good, so 2x300watts would probably work, plus then if one breaks then the water wont cool down as fast because the other one will be on a lot of the time

I have a 300watt on my 566 litre....maybe i should not rely on just one but have done since i brought the tank....

Suppose its a good idea to have a back up incase one should break..

Ideally, 2 X 300W, one at each end of the tank.

i have a 450ish litre tank and have a 300 watt and a 250watt heater to heat it , if one fails the other can cope until i get a replacement, i'd cry if i lost my stock due to being stingy and not getting another heater for £20 or so
