Hi, in a few weeks im off on holidayand so a friend will be looking after my fish but the heater hasnt been the most reliable thing in the world so I need to get a replacement/spare so that there a no problems while im away, i need a safe, reliable and accurate 25w heater which isnt to pricey, any ideas about what I should get???

lfs shop will sell one for around £15-20. pretty much any make will do you well. just make sure it had an inbuilt themostat

Do you have a specific make and/or model in mind??? I've looked at loads of them but dont know which ones are best

I got a visitherm heater in my betta tank, it's very accurate and keeps the temp steady. It's the best heater I've had.
