I have a Hagen Mini and it doesn't have number settings, been trying to get my temp to 78 since Tuesday lol
It has a round knob, a - on the left and a + on the right
This is gonna sound so dumb, but do I turn anti-clockwise to turn it down and clockwise to turn it up?

Sounds about right..... Just leaves the question of how many degrees each "click" makes

It's not even click click, it's just turn, wouldn't expect that really from Hagen. I keep turning it in vein trying to hit the mark. So far have managed every degree but 76 to 80 lol

If it's the heater that comes with the trigon 190 which would be the same as mine .. which i also had the same probs as you turn it til you can't turn it anti clockwise so the 68 and 71 numbers are at the bottom if that makes sense

No it's a Hagen Elite Heater xx

I would approach this from the "other" direction.... mix some water in a bucket at the "right" temp - using a thermometer, then immerse the heater and twiddle the knob until the heater JUST turns OFF... leave in the water for 5 mins first though ! - to come up to temp. :good:
It will then be set at the temp you want.
Dont trust the numbers - never have ! this way you dont need to even look at them !
