heater placement

where is the best place to have the heater?

I have a 55 gallon tank
right side of the tank is where the outflo is followed by the intake, followed directly by the dual biowheel set up.. from right to left respectively, this takes up the whole right sides hanging room

hence, I have it posisitoned so that it is on the left most edge, (also works out good with the precut wholes that are in my hood..

Fine, just ensure that there is some water movement past the heater. Can you adjust the out flow from the filter in this direction?

150 watt heater, each back corner is the way I would do it, and have done so in the past.

yeah, I can adjust the flow, and if I get some extra money maybe I can get another heater like your saying GL
