I have 2 baby mudskippers in a 5 or ten gallon tank, but because of how it's setup theres only about 2 gallons of water in the tank. Can anyone suggest a heater (and/or where I can get one) for this tank? I'm thinking there have to be REALLY SMALL heaters for things like those 2.5 gallon tanks somewhere...

With a tank with only a little bit of water it would be a waste to buy a heater. Heat the room instead. We usually keep the heat in the mid 70s F and my girlfriend's 3 gallon tank is always 78 to 80. Unless you can't raise the heat a little bit I would just let the air heat the water up.

The standard rule is you need 5 watts per gallon of water. The only place I have ever seen a heater that small is at walmart.

walmart carries the junior heaters..but m any you can just turn on the light in the tank a while to warm it up if needed?
