Heater For A Small Tank?

Hi there

I've got a small tank possibly 5 gals,i want to use it has a qt tank has and when needed,but i need a short heater,the tank is probably only 10 inches high at a rough guess.

Any recommendations please?

from the research I did for my QT (about 7.5gal) you'll need either a 25W or 50W heater, and they are usually only about 8 inches long ish.

I got a 50W one, and my tank is only 10 inches high, and it fits fine so...

The small 25w visitherm heater is quite reliable and it's only about 7½" long overall

Heater doesn't "need" to be upright... so you could fit a larger one in !
