Heater Failed

I'd recommend a Rena Smartheater.
Has an instant cut off for these types of things.
I've got one in every tank, rather pricey but bloody good.

He's looking a lot better, he just woke me up jumping out the water, noisy little so and so. Glad I have a lid on now. Time to get me a new tank of barbs I think.

It's one of those things I've heard of happening, but you never think it will happen to you.

You should replace your heater every 2 years for piece of mind.

wow, i guess i should consider buying a new heater then.. the heater im using now was my fathers and god knows how it is. probably over 20 years
