Many people keep guppies at room temperature, should be ok for a few days.

As long as room temp is over 65 they should be good. Aeration may lower temp, if you have both air stones and back filter going I'd pull the air stones. if the temp in the room drops below 55 they will get fungus, I lost 3 guppies in an unheated room in my shrimp tank and didn't know I'd lost them then lost all my shrimp, room had dropped to about 52. Never use a cracked heater. it will electrocute the fish before it electrocutes you
