Heater Cable Length?

I need 2 heaters with the longest cable possible. any suggestions?

Buy whatever heaters you want then buy some IEC male and female plugs (same 3 pin plugs as computers use). You can then extend the cable as far as you like. I prefer my cables from my heaters and pumps etc to finish just at the back of the tank and then use these plugs to extend to the mains outlet.

surly extensions + water = death?

I try to keep the extension lead away from any where it may get splashed or leaked on.
