Have I Got Right Types Of Food?

As thread title says have I bought the right foods for marine fish or could I provide a better supply

I have bougt flake food its aquarian marine flake

I bought the blister packs offrozen today and bought

mysis
brine with spirulina
brine with omega 3
brine with garlic

for fish and sun corals will this be enough or will i need to buy any different types?

Just remember that although the fish will love brine shrimp, unless it in enriched it isn't that good for them! Buy the new era vitamin enricher spray for the brine shrimp, that will help

I stopped using Brineshrimp for that reason and I now use
Mysis every otherday
cyclopleze twice a week as well as normal food
phtoplankton once a week
Flake on days not feeding mysis
Also use new era pellet to add addtional food on occasion

But what you have purchased is fine

so is there just more protein and goodness in brine? just for future reference?

There is very little goodness of any sort in plain old brine shrimp. like Morri I feed Mysis, new era flake and new era pellets. Once a week they get choped prawn and my Nems get a couple of prawns each - they also have a day when I dont feed them at all

Buy some frozen mysis Betta and watch those clowns dart around, they will love you for it
