Me personaly dont trust it and think they're something faulty with it.

Can you lot share with me your experiance's from buying from "Hong Kong"?

i`ve had 2 lights from there.. no problams at all. spose it`s just like buying from this country you will get the odd bad batch and the odd rogue

you get what you pay for at the end of the day.. least if you pay by paypal your covered.. to a point i think

i guess.. :good: still not going to buy a heater from there no chanch :p

remember there communist and keep money to themselfs ( no wonder they're so rich.. and have a better ecomical system )... god knows what some child is making for us to use

Ok clothes and toys dont bother me.. but Eletrical stuff  i'd have to think twice...

Ive brought many things from hong kong/singapore/ asia reigon.. diffusers, glass lily pipes, plants, lights.. Its fine to me, certain things i wouldnt buy, and ive only gone with what ive brought through recommendations on forums.

Forget to mention, quality wise, you get what you pay for. I mean, what do you expect for a couple of quid

Well For a couple of quid i deserve a cool car ennit :)

and ooh i know what you mean by pipes , plants.. but not eletrical stuff  too risky in my point of few :S

well, certain electricals i would go for, nothing that costs over say, £40-50.. but, my light for example, just needed the plug chopping off and re-wired to a UK one.

What you were talking about earlier, a heater, would make no sence for me to buy this from HK. This is the life of your tank, are you really going to put everything on a cheapo heater

if they were made for the british market then we`d be buying them from here for not a lot more...cheap stuff is cheap stuff after all.. in my measly opinion, its worth paying an extra couple of pounds for the fact that the dealer is local and should the heater blow up or boil your fish you would be able to go round with the boys

( yes im in the xmas spirit  )

lots of things are made in china etc.. my house and most others is probably full of electrical equipment made there, its cheap labour

and im sure with your charm you could get them to throw in a heater.. or at least a discount as your buying a fair few things from them ;)
