is it really too hard for you to believe that in all probability ozzy has in fact bought a puffer off the e-bay seller but, because he hasn't taken his own pictures yet (or not even received the fish yet) he has used the picture off e-bay to show you all because he is excited??

Sounds quite reasonable to me .

ozzy has even told you all that he has e-mailed the seller to question whether the one in the pic is harley or not. the seller has told him that the one in the pic isn't harley but is from the same batch of puffers.

My thoughts exactly Steve. I don’t see just reason to accuse anyone unless there is clear evidence – and even then, there could always be a perfectly normal explanation.
Just let it be, and leave it up to Ozzy to sort out if there is any sorting out to do……
