I live in a hard water are 15dKH and 20dGH, PH 8 … upgrading to a 110L tank in couple weeks, and would like to get more fish, I currently have 8 harlequin hasboras, got these before I did any research and from pets at home and they didn’t tell me about water hardness etc, so I need some tank mates that like hard water and would go well with harlequins cheers

Any small livebearers (not balloon mollies), maybe small rainbowfish like Pseudomugil signifer, but they might be a bit boisterous for the harlequins.

Bumble bee gobies or most other freshwater gobies.

Halfbeaks

Some good ideas above some nice schoolers to consider are galaxy rasboras and emerald rasboras. Rummy nose rasboras would work well too but quite hard to find.

Wills

Rummy nose are lovely fish. Ifind them to be fairly short lived though

I am in the same boat as you when it comes to hard water. You see some fish you really like but cant keep them due to my water parameters. Theres some good suggestions here. Live bearers will be good.

Thanks everyone, really appreciate the suggestions cant wait for the new tank, really like the looks of bumble gobies, I had never heard of them before
