i have an albinoo and a bronze cory, i went out today and got a julii, to go with them, i have now ead that the julli is a smaller cory, will they still get on or would i be best of getting one of bigger one

Hi savo318 :)

While corys like the company of their own species, I wouldn't worry about the julii. It will get along fine, but if you have the room, it would be good if you can get another like him. This would be a better alternative, IMHO, than bagging him up and taking him back to the store to be sold again.

It's also possible that the C. julii was mislabeled and is actually a C. trilineatus. This is more often the case than not. If you post a picture of it, I'm sure someone will be able to identify it for you. :D

I used to wonder how these two species got wixed up, as julii have light brown marks, which are spots, and are a different shape to a trilieantus. But I was browsing the net last night, and looked over on PC.com and saw the spoted version of the trili' and damn they doo look similar. bt with darker marking.

but then its funny you have something say about one species of fish and then every post everyone makes is about that species. I suppose its like buying a car, once you have it, you see them every way.
