Bought some more cories today. I did originally have 2 Leucomela's and was planning on buying another 2. However, getting hold of them is proving impossible! Even the place that I bought them from say they hardly ever see them!
So I decided I was going to have to buy some other type of Cory to keep my other 2 company and liven them up a bit. Went to Shirley Aquatics today and got 2 Julli's and 2 tiny Panda's! They are gorgeous and are swimming and nosing around my tank like there's no tomorrow! My 2 Leucomela's are slightly bigger an it is as if they are giving them a guided tour haha!
I just hope these last longer than my poor trilli's that had no barbells and died a few days after purchase =[

Hi xamy_valox :)

Lots of luck with your new corys! I'd love to see some pictures if you are able to post them. :D

Hi Inchworm,
Thanks, I'll take some photo's soon and upload. I just want to check I am feeding them properly. I feed my other fish with flake and the occasional bloodworm, which obviously the cories will grab the leftovers of half the time. However of an evening I have been putting some algae wafers in (2 previously but will do more since adding more) and have also bought some catfish pellets. How many algae wafers do you recommend me putting in and how bigger pinch of pellets? The pellets are quite small brown ones, King British ones to be precise.
Also, is there anything else I can feed them as a treat? That goes for my other fish aswell (mainly tetras, cherry barbs, rasboras and a betta).
Amy xx
