Just picked up the stud today. Fell inlove with him and had to save him . When we added him to the bowl all of sudden we see all these long fins appear, something we didn't see while he was cramped into his cup. It was really beautiful to see

Love at frist sight with his female

Actually I found my female did better in a bowl then in an aquarium(tried putting he rint he community and she got stressed, I think too much movement/ circulation etc). She loves her quiet bowl (get's the horny stripes constantly, lol)and shares it with 2 ottos . I'm sure She loves it even more now that I sandwiched her between two very handsome males :hey:

I love the bamboo. Does it do well like that? I see it all over the place,I wanted to get some but I wasn't sure how it would do in a betta tank. So it's hardy? I want some!!

Very Very Nice Bettas, Snowy.

The Bowls look very nice with the Bamboo.

First, thanks for everyones positive replies :*) Now, to go down the list...

Heather, I too love the way bamboo looks and keep it in all my tanks and it grows fast and helps cut down on algae. I've had no fatalities and occasionally my cories graze over them as well so it seems to be fine :) . It's been in their for over 3months now.
my_fallen_angel, i would love to compete in BOTM. I'll get right on the clearer picture deal
Itty Bitty Betta, the ottos have been doing great ever since we bought them. We change the water in all our bowls every 2 days, so they recieve lots of O2, don't you worry. ;)
