I do that all the time but go a bit further by using '[ ]' menu option to go in and remove the text formatting. ')
Thanks but how does that work; just highlight the desired text and do the shortcut key sequence? And what do you mean by the 'command' key? Do you mean the Windows key or is this possibly an Apple thing?You can just command shift v.
Oh yeah. On Windows that would be control shift v to paste without formatting. Thanks. There are so many shortcut key combos I doubt it possible to know them all. Shoot, there is even a key combo to restart the video drivers; Win key + Shift + Control + B. This one is risky though as on some video cards it will stop the drivers instead of restarting. A restart corrects.Oh yeah. On Windows that would be control shift v to paste without formatting.
