Guppy with clamped fins

Hi again, guppy is still looking very healthy and lively except from the tail, which has gotten quite a bit worse. Does this look like fin rot or nipping to you all?

Yes it's possible this is the issue - general cycling parameters for the water are fine but I usually change 80%/two weeks, which is far from ideal but lately all of my changing buckets have been taken over by sick guppies, due to a particularly nasty parasite. I think I may have gotten into a vicious circle with it.

another reason for fin rot is touching dirty stuff.
maybe you accidentally touched the fish when you put it in the small container?
