Guppy With Bent Backbone

I have a guppy that has been a result of two of my guppies breeding and it had a bent spine, is this a result of inbreeding and should I remove it from my tank as it is pregnant?

it seems like it, i cant say for certain coz there are so many fry.

It can live a while with a bent spine if born that way.
