Guppy spinning in circles

Hello everyone.
I am fairly new to this whole fish deal..but am loving it.
I have a 620t Aqua one tank.135l..
I have 10 female guppies and 3 males..also 2 little cat fish.
A couple of days after i got the fish one of them has babies..11 in all..i have them in a little mesh hanging tank and they are thriving.
A few days ago, one of the females started acting weird..spinning and twisting in a frenzy..then goes back to normal..although she is not mingling with the others and if anyone goes near her..she chases them..
Any clues as to what is wrong with her?

How long has the tank been running and is it cycled?
Can you test for ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, and temp then post the results?

Posting a video of the fish spinning would be helpful. Perhaps she is just flashing due to skin irritation.

Is your water soft or hard?
Is the tank cycled?
What sort of cat fish are they?
Can you post a close up photo of the fish?

By twirling,do you mean swimming in a "corkscrew" fashion? sort of whirling?
