is this a regular female fancy or something else mixed in. its a dark green color and my others are a light almost white color. any ideas? btw it just had 16 fry last week

It's def a female guppy! Not the best of pic quality but from what I can tell it's not crossed with anything.

Females come in lots of colour these days. I have several with dark bodies and colourful tails; they really look just as colourful as the males, just more body in proportion to the tail. Have also seen them with blue bodies.
