Hello, I have two male guppy who get on brillaint and are normally very active and always near the top of the tank, but ive noticed today that one of them is lying on the bottom of the tank looking very slow and drained, the other is hiding behind the filter like its scared? Is there something wrong with them or just chilling in there own way?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How may fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

is your tank cycled, please read the section about fish-less cycle if you are not sure what that is.

Looking pale can be due to bad water quality so need to rule it out first.
Also can mean other things, but can't go any further till we know your stats.

20g
2 guppy, 2 pearl gourami, 2 dpuffer, plec, otos, shrimp!

The Dwarf Puffer have been in a while and arent aggressive towards other fish.

Sorry no stats , my kit is ordered

My tanks been running fine for over a year

Immediate water change that all you can do till we know stats.
When a guppy rest on the bottom of the tank bad news.

what color is the guppies poo? is he fat or thinning? is he flicking (rubing on objects in the tank)

Bad water quality.
Stressed.
pale can also mean bacterial to parasite.

Any signs of flicking and rubbing against objects.
Bacterial signs when no symtoms, being pale or darket in colour, lethagic and listless, not eating.

Bloated belly can be constipation, swim bladder, dropsy, internal parasites.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
What do you feed your fish?
Can the fish maintain its balance in the water.
Check the anus of the fish to see if its enlarged or red and inflamed.
Any scales sticking out.

he may have dropsy if he is bloated as you said.
flicking is caused by fluke or ich.

I feed them frozen foods and dried foods , Mix it everyday! seems like he's swimming normal just needs to rest after a while, hes now lying in the plant motionless!

not a good sign, is he breathing fine, like does it look like he is breathing heavy or gasping for air?

Check your filters are working correctly-inefficent filtering can cause an ammonia build up-guppies cant tolerate any ammonia and suffer quick.(make sure also you dont have too much rotting food around and you dont have any dead fish in there) and carry out a water change ..maybe 25% good luck
