Guppy Having Spasms!

My beautiful blue male guppy Perwinkle is having spasms! I don't want to lose this little guy because he's my favorite. He just floats aimlessly at the surface and the suddenly dashes one way. What should I do to save him?

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0
pH - 7.2
Temperature - 78 degrees

This type of behaviour is usually associated with internal parasite/bacteria you could try to isolate the fish and treat with a parasite med. No garantees but it may work. HTH

Well, I treated the whole tank twice last week with Jungle Parasite Clear Tank Buddies and Pepso Food, which helps clear internal parasites. Should I move him into my 2.5 gallon hospital tank and try to treat him again? I really don't want to lose him!
