Guppy Fry?

As the OP hasn't logged in for nearly a year, we're probably not going to find out, unfortunately, unless anyone else recognises it.

It's certainly not guppy, or molly. The mouth looks vaguely familiar; almost dwarf puffer-like, but I can't put a name to it
