Recently I’ve found 2 guppy fry in my tank that have very large stomachs and a red almost blood coloured line on the stomachs, I’m not sure what it is and can’t find an answer when I search for it. It looks like defect and it’s making it hard for them to swim. Any help would be appreciated.

It does seem odd but since they are livebearers the baby’s will have yolks so they can grow these ones might have just not been as developed and still have a lot of their yolk.

Can't tell from blurry picture but the fish does indeed appear to have its yolk sac so it might have been born early. keep it safe for a few weeks and see how it goes.

This picture is really blurry. But it can be just the yolk sac as already been mentioned. If it's just the yolk sac, it will disappear soon. And you probably are looking at a vein in the yolk sac. That's normal.
Most guppy fry will loose their yolk sac after one day but some haven't absorbed it after one day. It differs per individual fry how long it takes before the yolk sac will disappear.
