Guppy Damage To Head

If you tested the water after cycling and "it is all correct", why are there ammonia and nitrite there? Is it nitrite which is at 0.1ppm, and not nitrate? Just the 0.1ppm of each could have easily been enough to set off the infection in guppies. Dose treatment, water change, dose treatment, waterchange is all you can do now.. it might be best to get an anti-bacterial medication.

sorry for you loss i am a bit
worried about your ammonia
and nitrite they shouldn't be a reading
i was just wondering if the tank
was fully cycled

sorry

It had cycled, i had a peak in the readings, then it went back down, it wasnt a 100% cycled tank i dont think, oh well. Don't think they were healthy in the first place though.

Ha Ha, no need to be sorry, it was 2 cheap fish that I bought, to finish the cycle off. But ill give it a waterchange and then ill get some zebra danios
