Well!!... I just knew she had to be, as she was transferred to the corry pond as a small fry.. and I only discovered her there when she was a young maiden already.....

Here are a few updates on her fry (tonight)..... (the oldest being 3 months) .....she should deliver again next week.

Excellent! I'm off and running with my guppy breeding again. A new LFS opened less than an hour away

and said they sell lots of guppies and would love some of mine! Yay! So the tank is set up with the newlyweds. Now we wait!

They do looks stunning guppies, I'm planning on breeding some of my guppies from the mix match bunch I have. Here's pictures of my big girl who I think is a sunset female with a slightly larger than normal top fin. How ever she likes to eat her babies to I'm currently trying to save them in the hope to get some fry to work with.

I think she is due to have an other batch very soon

Good for you Asteria..... but start looking for a market already..... They are great fish to breed if you have an offset....

My lady also dropped, but for some reason..... this batch (her 4th) is a lot less than her previous 3 batches which averaged about 100 fry per batch..... This time only around 40, but she does not look all spent...... I wonder if they can hold back???..... This time the tank is a bit smaller.

I think they do hold back. The last batch I had about 20 were delivered, then the rest, maybe 3 or 4, arrived a couple of days later!

O!!.... jy is van Nederland??..... Ek is seker jou guppie lewer meer kleintjies op 'n keer, maar hulle word waarskynlik opgeeet deur die ouers..... dit is buitengewoon dat 'n Guppie minder as 25 kleintjies sal hebbe......
