Hi
I have a 29 gallon aquarium since June and have 0 ammonia or nitrites . Nitrates are under control. Ph is around 7 and have 25 % water changes weekly. Have a population around 13 guppies , 2 platty, 1 algae eater, 1 pleco, 3 kuhli loaches , 2 mystery snails, several malasyan snails. Plants 2 lucky bamboo only roots on water and pothos plants on HOB filter . Recently when they star dying I use melafix for 3 days but since I didn’t get any results I did a 25% water change and syphon the sand and rinse the mechanical media with the water from the tank. But today I saw another guppie dead and the kuhly loach loosing the color, another guppie looking really skinny and with clamped fins. What can I do to save the rest. Thanks

Actually most Guppies nowadays are weak due to mass breeding.
Also, most of them have disease.

Your first photo with skinny/sunken belly looked like internal worms or parasites or bacteria problem.
There could be other disease plus the internal infections.

1) Usually, the main suspect is internal worms infection.
If its cause by internal worms, you can use deworm medication.
One of the medication is Flubendazole. Or you can look for other deworm medication from your local fish store.

This Wormer plus contains Flubendazole.

2)If its caused by internal parasite, you can use API general cure.

Bigger % water changes both weekly and if disease is suspected in the tank would be the recommendation of most posters on here. 50% or more weekly and larger if disease is suspected.
