My rabbits live outside with no problems, I do handle them regularly (but they need spaying as territorial behaviour is beginning to rear its head) and they live outside in winter with no probs. But then I suppose UK winters aren't as viciously cold as USA ones. Lots and lots of hay and an insulated house in their enclosure sees them nice N snug, and they're in a sheltered area of the garden.

I got the insulation sorted today and some of the wood for the 2nd story of their new hutch

The little tinkers ganged up on me this evening... while I put my alptop down to stop gizmo eating the carpet, Pickle had a quick nibble on the laptops power cord only just stopped the little blighter in time no damage this time.
