how far do they come out the water, i addaed condensation tray yesterday to try keep some heat in and prevent to much evaporation itsd about an inch above the water surface there was a slight ping when a corry just surfaced i think he bumped his nose

Corys dont come that far out of the water I presume it would of been the sound of water splashing against the tray.
