Guilty of impulse buy!!!

Ermm I'm a little confused with the breed of this fish

is it an Dwarf bufferfly Cichlid or an Ram. Please help

that's a German Blue Ram. How many did ya get? They are great little fish...loads of personality as well as color.

That's a very good ratio. They are one of the peaceful cichlids so if you have them in your community tank then your alright. Good Luck with them.

LOL I know its bad really!!! I took my Rainbows to a LFS, they were getting nasty to other fish and got these!

I think I am the QUEEN on impulse buys.. None of my fishie purchases are EVER planned and I always just go in to the petstore to "glance." Never works out that way though.

I used to be like that but from coming on forums etc and learning generally I now know what I want and what I can't have!!

I think with fish that you do not recognise/have not heard of then impulse buying could lead to nasty situations uness your lfs know what they are talking about. I once bought a clown knofe fish and was told it would eat catfish pellets!! Nedless to say it nearly starved but I knew it wasn't right and took it back. Never got a refund though
