Gudgeons eating pattern, No krill were harmed

4 inches?! I always imagined him being trout size! He kind of reminds me of a rainbow trout :rolleyes: Cool fish and great pictures!

The lines running from his mouth to his gills make me think: BASS :lol: He's not though, he's a type of goby actually :thumbs:

No, this is a Mogurnda mogurnda purple spotted gudgeon, but I believe they are closely related :) This guy won't even get up to being a pound :lol:

you bet [maybe three or four] :p ............now that it's warmer we'll feed him live insects .
He's a beast .

Dwarfs is my son , Mo picked me to bring him home :nod: . The only gudgeon in tank full of South American cichlids , and more grey than he is now .

In over thirty years in the hobby , this is one of the coolest fish I have come accross .

Almost bought one of those , they get pretty big .
