I'm sorry to hear about your eel .....they are a great critter and i'm sure it was a great loss for you.....My one concern is that you said that you treated the tank with paragone....Now i;'m not a great fan of chemicals and treatments...especially when you are unsure of the disease.....It's kinda like your doctor giving you asprin for a broken leg. I'm not saying you did anything wrong...and im sorry i couldn't help in time to save poor lawrence
