Growth On Cat Fish

hi i have just noticed some odd growths on my catfish can anyone identify what it is ?

Can you blow the pic up.
Does it look like greyish lumps.

sorry thats the clearest i can get it go bigger you lose the clarity
yes its like grey lumps bit like a brain sort of

All you can do if there lumps is try a bacterial med in issolation.
There lymthocystis that look like a cauliflower or cluster of eggs but never seen it in a grey colour same as the fish.

yeah it do's look like cauliflower and is a grey pink colour
