That added, to the fact that your nitrate is a bit on the high side, tbh; I'd do a 30 or 40% water (warm, dechlorinated water, of course!).
I don't usually recommend tonic salt, or salt of any kind normally, but I think, in this case I might be inclined to use it this time; you might find that that, combined with a water change or two, is enough to clear the fin rot up on it's own.
Do try and get an ammonia test (or get the LFS to do one for you and write down the numbers. Don't just let them say, "it's fine"!)
I'd be inclined to leave the lights off for today and not feed either, just to let the fish have some 'quiet time'.
