Hey Guys!

I know this might sound a bit weird but I don't really know about these things and my book doesn't cover it.
Noticed my water looks a bit green lately!

I do 20% water changes but due to illness I have missed the last 2 weeks :(

Whats best way to deal with this?

It's a 125 Liter Tank.

how long do you keep your lights on a day? is the tank next to a window?

You could try a large water change, maybe cut down on the amount of light the tanks getting and try getting some floating plant like water lettuce so take up any excess nutrients

I think that's a little too long i keep mine on for about 8/9 hours a day and i have a lot of floating plants which block a lot of the light.

Water lettuce is good, so is amazon frogbit, a plant that doesn't get it's fair share of the lime light is indian fern.

i've got some water lettuce advertised in the classified section
