Probably Botia hymenophysa. These come in from time to time. I'm not sure they are rare at their origin, just not that popular in the trade. They are quite aggressive, more so then some of the other semi aggressive loaches. Grow to more then 6"/150mm so you won't want to keep them with small fish or fish which cannot take care of themselves. Quite nicely marked.

There are quite a few Loach species I have seen come in commonly labeled as Tiger Loaches etc. I picture would help us ID it for certain if you wanted any more detailed info. All of the species I recall seeing labeled as Tiger Loaches are aggressive as Lateral says and should not be kept with smaller fish or ones that cannot stand up for themselves. They are still quite a find and nice fish.
