The only time I have seen a GSP with those symptoms, is when they are in the tanks at Wal-Mart, and other Places were these fish are stressed and placed in large quantities in small tanks, and its because of like what was said above, self starvation from teeth growth and stress. In the condition he is in now, and from the hassament from your Mollie Im sure he is dark under his belly? right? Was he dark under there before the symptoms started? GSP's have different personalities and traits that make them unique from one another, which you have probably seen since you have two. He might just be a stressed out fish and over time in the tank maybe has become bored of his surroundings, and with an added annoyance from the Mollie could have forced him to so stressed that he is not properly digesting his food, or maybe eating and spitting it out latter. I hope he gets better! I hate to see him sick.
Try moving some of the plants/decor and see if the new environment helps. the are curious fish and do get bored of the same things in the same spots.
Get the Mollie out of there! Like said in the other post that added harassment is not doing him any good, and like I said could also be a cause. "IF" you had a bigger setup then a 30g I would suggest getting another Mollie, it worked right away for me! I had the same issue with the one and only Mollie I had would chase my Puffers.
