green severum

they had a little baby green severum today at my local petsmart. it was only two dollars and i was going 2 get it for my tank because by Nov. ill be getting a larger tank, or my brother will for his b-day. but my brother said that the aquirium store that we were going 2 2 get liquid fry food because my dumb guppys dont know what food is will be cheaper. we went and they didnt even have any, they did have smaller fish but they were the african kinds and they were alot more then the sevrum, i wanted 2 get it so bad! and it was the last one, my mom said nomore fish for a while though. so my brother bought a baby angel fish 4 me, though i said it would get 2 big, for me instead because he felt bad. he should because ive never seen one before and i bet they wont have them for a long time. i dont even know if it would have ben a good idea to get the baby because of the tank requirments but still, , its sad.

Not sure what the question is but the severum will get to big for your 15 gal tank. Severums are pretty common so once you get the larger tank you will be able to find them i'm sure.

Both Severums and angels are common here. I can find the Green or Turquoise Sev's everyday. Whats rare is finding a gold or red Sev. Now thats what I wouldn't mind coming across. But if you were wanting to keep one in a 15g, thats definately way to small. You could maybe get away with a 30g for a little while, but ultimately you'd need at least a 55g to prevent stunting.

I have two Severums a green and a gold one that I have had for a few years now.They are brilliant fish easy to keep but need plenty of space.
