I've now got about 3 or 4 local shops trying to get me some of these and I'm keeping my eye out online. I've seen them somewhere for about £14 each plus £13 delivery and I thought that seemed a bit steep. Are they generally this expensive?

Where's the best place to get hold of these? I found some Gold Lasers quite easily but no such luck with the greens. Thought somewhere had some today when I rang but when I got there to look at them it turned out they were just bronze with a kind of silvery stripe, not the really shiney bright colours of the greens :(

gold stripes will cost you anything between £8 and £10 roughly and the green £15+ each..... they are expensive but you pay what you must for the right fish! i have 6 gold and 2 green at the minute and am looking for more. they are for sale at some lfs if your lucky but are seasonable! (is that a word?) in other words they are easier to find at certain times of the year.
mike os breeds golds on here try him, they are about £6 each but small only about 2/3 cm i think apart from that just keep looking :good:
