If they are, they are a particulary lovely different form Maidenhead Aquatics in Brighton has them at £25 each !!!

No, but like the C. schultzei (black and gold shoulders,)" they used to be thought of as such. Some of the older literature still exists that describes them as C. aeneus. Now their name is CW009.
