Green Eye Tetra / Lead Tetra

just stumbled upon a pic of a green eye tetra and lead tetra, and if i can get some they will be the next purchase for my tank. an article iw as reading stated them as a new discovery in 2006. anybody know if they have filtered through to the hobby yet ?

I think i have heard of the green eye before, and a quick look on google suggests the lead is another common name for these fish.

Im sure i have read topics on here relating to the green eye (but it might have been green neon?) so they might be about

according to what i saw on google, they are very slightly different, in the eye funnily enough. the green eye has an iridescant green sheen, the lead has a black line that goes through his eye, horizontally i think. other than that they are essentialy identical.

theres the link to the stuff i was reading with a couple of photos. you can just see the slight difference in the eyes between the 2 fish. says its closely related to the red eye and diamond tetra. a bit more digging and ive found a shop in malaysia that sells these tetras, so there might be some slim hope of me getting some. im off to the lfs later to see what he sys about getting some.
