Gravid Or Internal Parasite?

I have a white balloon mollie which has been pregnant before. At the minute it has dark patches which look like gravid spots. However she did not have these on her last pregnancy even during the last few days these were not present.

Just wondered if its possible that she has an internal parasite, no idea what this would look like, if anyone could let me know what this would look like please.

Will its still there, prob would be dead now if it was a parasite , do u think?

It is probably a pregnancy gravid spot, but that is strange that she didn't have it the last time

You can't always see the gravid spots on Mollies. They have thicker skin then say..Guppies, so it's not as easy to see. Perhaps as she grow, the skin became a little thinner, or she's having darker fry.

I'd have to agree and say it sounds like a gravid spot. And a parasite won't necessarily be dead at all. Some of them live for a long time, until they kill the fish, and then move on to others! But I won't get into the lovely details of parasites.
