Gouramis With Tiger Barbs?

So I currently have 2 female gold gouramis, 1 male pearl, and a SAE in my tank right now.

I was wondering if adding 6 baby tiger barbs about 3-4cm long would be fine?

I'm not sure if the gouramis would try to kill them or not, or if the barbs would try to fin nip my pearl gourami, but 6 tiger barbs should be fine right?

Not sure if I should post this in the Gourami or Cyprinid section

I have 6 tiger barbs and 3 green barbs in my tank with a blue gourami, a gold gourami, 2 moonlight gouramis and a honey sunset gourami, plus many other fish. I have not had any issues other then the blue gouramis picking on the gold gouramis, but not the tigers picking on the gouramis. So with the experience of my own fish, i would say that they'd be fine.
