Gourami Blotches

today i noticed to big blotches on my gourami when i look closer i saw there were missing scales.has anyone got any ideas for me plz this costs me alot of money oh yeah and any medicine.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water atats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Where are the blotches on the fish and how big, are they bleached out looking.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing against objects.

i dont have my stats they didnt have any water testing kits at the pet store and its 56 gallons dont now litres.fish:neon tetra x5 siamese fighting fishx1 red dwarf gourami chinses suking loach and 2x zebra danios.

Take a sample of your tank water to the lfs and tell them to write the readings down for you.
Have any of the neons lost the red colour in there stripe.
You havent said if you have seen the fish flicking and rubbing.
