Good Fish To Keep With A Rainbow Shark?

I have two angelfish in there now and the shark attacks them, about once a week I see a minor injury on the angelfish. I should remove the angels or the shark right?

I really like the shark and want to know what I could keep in the tank with "him".

Ive had suggested large gouramis, dont really like gouramies. Are rainbowfish ok?

Humm, this may be down to the shark not having enough places to hide.

I have kept a rainbow shark with angels and they were fine. Although my angels were grown ups and have few plants in the tank. Shark did use to have his moments but nothing serious. I like angels more than shark so I gave away the shark.

You can try some barbs with the shark, some loaches. How big is your tank?

Tank is 55g. I do have 3 peices of driftwood in the tank, one is larger and has a cave that he shark likes.

The shark is not shy and swims freely all over the tank even in bright light.

I will add a bit more cover for his hiding place and see what happends.
